Cancellation Policy

Beth Cross Centre of Dance and Voice VOICE LESSON BOOKING POLICY Registration All students must register in advance for voice lessons. A non-refundable registration fee is due upon enrollment. Lesson spots are limited and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Tuition & Payment Tuition must be paid monthly, due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply after the 9th of the month. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed lessons or withdrawals mid-month. Attendance & Cancellations Regular attendance is essential for vocal progress. Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a private voice lesson. A maximum of 3 cancellations per year are allowed for rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will be charged in full. Lessons canceled by the studio will be rescheduled or credited. Withdrawals A 30-day written notice is required to withdraw from lessons. Tuition will remain due during this notice period. Trial Lessons Trial lessons may be available upon request and subject to instructor availability. Practice Expectations Students are expected to practice consistently between lessons to maximize progress. Additional resources or practice assignments may be provided by the instructor. Age & Level Requirements Students must meet the appropriate age and skill readiness for voice lessons. Instructor approval may be required for certain levels. Studio Etiquette Students must arrive on time, prepared for their lesson. Respect for instructors, classmates, and studio property is expected at all times. Additional Notes Participation in studio recitals or showcases may require additional fees. The studio reserves the right to update policies as needed. Updates will be communicated to enrolled students and families. By enrolling in voice lessons, you agree to comply with the terms of this booking policy.
