Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Registration All students must register in advance for classes. A non-refundable registration fee is due upon enrollment. Space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Tuition & Payment Tuition must be paid monthly, due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply after the 9th of the month. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes or withdrawals mid-month. Attendance & Cancellations Consistent attendance is expected for steady progress. If a student is unable to attend, 24 hours' notice is required for private lessons to be eligible for a makeup class. Group classes missed by a student are not guaranteed a makeup option, but we will offer available makeup sessions when possible. Classes canceled by the studio (due to weather, emergencies, etc.) will be rescheduled or credited. Class Minimums Classes require a minimum number of enrolled students to remain active. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be combined or canceled at the discretion of the studio. Withdrawals A 30-day written notice is required to withdraw from classes. Tuition will remain due during this notice period. Trial Classes Trial classes may be available for select classes, subject to availability and instructor approval. Trial fees may apply. Age & Level Requirements Students must meet the age and/or skill level prerequisites for each class. Placement is at the discretion of the instructor. Dress Code & Etiquette All students must follow the required dress code for each class. Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, classmates, and studio property. Additional Notes Participation in performances or competitions may require additional fees and commitments. The studio reserves the right to update policies at any time.
